Training & support
On-site training options are also available on request, at an agreed cost. All hardware is supplied with a one year return to base warranty and a cost effective annual maintenance contract covers all support including access to a UK-based online and telephone help desk for any support assistance.
Installation and set-up
Atomwide offer a full installation service and will agree on display screen locations prior to any works being undertaken. All Atomwide installation engineers are DBS checked and carry photocard identification with them at all times whilst on a school’s site. Risk assessments and methods statements are also available upon request.
How the system works
The Atomwide Digital Signage system uses mini Android devices to provide a hosted service.
This results in an efficient yet cost-effective system that can use the latest high definition display technology or your existing screens. This highly scalable system allows you to start with a single screen and expand whenever your requirements change. Content can be displayed via a single screen in a main area or broadcast across multiple screens spread around school. In multi-screen configurations, all screens can show the same content or each screen can have
its own content.
