We’ll find out the following in advance:

  • How many networks are being used
  • What is the connection speed
  • Your support site traffic over the past month
  • Any issues logged by your Firewall
  • Any previous or existing support site cases

 

Then we’ll come and see you:

  • We’ll find and inspect all your network cabinets for issues
  • Identify your switch makes and models
  • Perform a scan of the LAN to identify any issues
  • Attempt access to all switches to check they are all up to scratch
  • Identify usage levels and highlight near capacity problems
  • Identify any potentially dangerous power situations
  • Identify other networking hardware such as WiFi and VoIP
  • Take a general look at the net
