Wycombe District Council
Wycombe District Council invited tenders for the provision of an Active/Standby SIP Service with 85 licensed redundant sessions. This was as a result of the Council engaging a supplier to upgrade its Cisco Unified Communication platform and therefore the Council intended to take the opportunity to migrate their PSTN connectivity from existing ISDN30 connections to SIP.
I would like to thank all the staff at AdEPT for the professional service received to date, particularly in migrating from our current service provider. The project was well planned and executed. All questions were dealt with promptly and I would be happy to recommend you. What a great example you set for the telecoms industry
Adam Whittle – ICT Technical Services Manager
Borough Council of Kings Lynn & West Norfolk
Powys County Council has recently gone through the migration of all of our voice circuits to AdEPT Telecom. We found the process to be, generally, seamless. In the ensuing period we have found the technical personnel within AdEPT to be very knowledgeable. They are also thoroughly helpful and very efficient whilst dealing with any requests and orders we may have placed with them
Sean Hackett, ICT Infrastructure Officer,
Canterbury City Council selected AdEPT as the main supplier of all our landlines and call usage via the ESPO Framework. We have over 300 lines so it was important that the migration went smoothly. We were in contact with AdEPT throughout the migration and kept up to date throughout with progress. I am pleased to say that the whole process went very smoothly and with no disruption to services
